We've just designed some awesome wedding photography inclusions, and configured what would have to me the most perfect wedding photography package available in Melbourne today.
The package is one of two amazing offers and includes everything you could possibly need.
The trend of the last few years has been for wedding photography and photos on USB and the sad truth is that most couples do nothing with their pictures once the rush of the wedding settles down.
Then all it takes is a computer or hard drive failure, and even the techie people come back to us years later asking if we have their wedding photos backed up.
Wedding photos are meant to be enjoyed, displayed, hung on walls, and kept in beautiful albums.
Believe it or not, there's still something special about picking up an album and looking through it with someone.
If you can't appreciate this concept now, the images become extra special as time passes. Rather than relying on your iDevice to bring up those gorgeous shots, something real, like a wedding album or wall hanging will make it easy to relive the memory of your wedding day.
Having fun and good times during wedding photography is great. It makes for even more exciting stuff, when the subjects unknowingly have a picture taken like the one shown here. This photo was made outside the Melbourne Marriage Registry Office.
We photographed this wedding couple prior to their Registry Office wedding in Melbourne.
This made the day flow smoothly, we also provided hair and makeup for the bride, which was an all-day attendance, for the duration of the complete shoot.

Our wedding photography captures the fun moments. As you move through the crowd and mingle with guests, we're there to get the shots of you sharing a joke or a smile with whoever you're speaking to at the time. Whether it's a joke with your dad, or the recollection of a funny moment with a guest, natural wedding photos make great keepsakes, and help you relive the moment when they were taken.
This picture is from a Melbourne wedding held in the garden at home, and the entire day was an example of great planning and awesome attention to detail. The fun which started from the preparations continued throughout the day and into the night. One important thing we took away from this wedding was that home garden weddings can work really well, when done right.
The property was immaculate, the attention to detail was admirable.
Nothing was left to chance- and as always, when you have a comprehensive wet weather wedding backup plan, what happens?
The sun shines, and there's no rain to be seen anywhere, despite the weather forecast to the contrary!
To help you work out the ideal timeline for your day- our wedding photo planning tips page is a great starting point, if you're faced with the dilemma of a blank sheet of paper, and you're looking for a starting point.
This image was shot during a recent wedding photography session in the car park near Puffing Billy in Gembrook. The wedding ceremony was held at Forest Edge Receptions, and the couple adjourned to nearby locations for some pictures.
The old-style colour of this photo is reminiscent of the Puffing Billy era, when steam trains were the only option available for train travel. The effects of hand-tinting are now applied digitally, which means that artwork can be saved to disk, and uniqueness of the image can be reproduced with minimal effort.
Effects like this are a deightful addition to any wedding photography collection. They provide focal points for the image, and serve to draw attention to key elements while allowing other elements of the image to slip further into the background.
A hand colored wedding photo makes a great centre piece for a storyboard, and the perimter shots work best when they are all black and white. Keep watching this space- we'll feature one of these soon!
We have been Chateau Wyuna wedding photographers for many years- even longer than the present owners have been there. We have seen and photographed weddings in every conceivable place on the property, which is a wedding photographer playground.
Ceremonies are held in a number of spots around the property. The chapel would be first choice, second choice would be the waterfall, and third choice would be the wisteria pergola. The wisteria pergola provides the harshest light on a sunny day, and if you are considering a wedding there, be aware that the sun comes straight into your eyes as you are getting married- not a good look for wedding photos.
We encourage you to explore the Chateau Wyuna galleries within our web site; follow these links to Chateau Wyuna weddings and photography galleries.
Here's an interesting wedding photo with an equally unique story behind it. Shot at the entrance to Swallowfield winery- the "secret" photography venue used by many Forest Edge Restaurant wedding couples- this wedding photo was taken in the same spot where the couple met!
Everything worked out for them after that first meeting- it was, as the fairytale goes, love at first sight!
We did the bride's hair and makeup, and got her to the wedding on time. Unperturbed by the weather, the roadworks and the general frenzy surrounding most weddings, this lovely Melbourne bride took it all in her stride.
Blue suede shoes might have been made famous in the song by Elvis- but this lovely bride strutted her stuff in a pair of hot pink heels.
The newlyweds are shown here with a hot Mustang from the 1970s.
There was rain- and then some. We almost expected to be rowing a boat down the dirt driveway which quickly turns to mud after rain- but we were spared.
